The apartment project in Parkovaya Residential Complex was initially conceived as an investment property. However, during the design process, the space evolved into a fully realized residential interior. The main objective was to create a contemporary environment with architectural presence, yet without excessive visual demonstration.
The concept is built around a combination of natural wood, stone, and a soft textile palette. Warm walnut tones, delicately veined marble, and integrated built-in furniture form a cohesive and refined composition. All cabinetry was custom-designed, allowing for clean lines and precise spatial geometry.
The interior is executed in a contemporary neoclassical style: restrained proportions, symmetry, architectural wall panels, integrated lighting, and carefully considered light scenarios. The space feels sophisticated and structured while remaining calm and comfortable for everyday living.
Special attention was given to details and tactile qualities — the finish quality, depth of textures, and the balance between matte and polished surfaces. The result is an interior with a refined atmosphere, where modern functionality blends seamlessly with a sense of warmth and privacy.
