What does the cost of interior design development depend on?
It depends on the size of the space and the chosen style. Small apartments can be more complex to design than spacious studios, and classical interiors usually require more time for visualization and technical drawings compared to contemporary styles.
How long does it take to develop a design project?
A complete design project for an apartment of 60–90 sq.m. typically takes 2–2.5 months, not including the time you may need to review and approve decisions.
Besides space planning and visualization, what is included in the design project?
You will receive all the drawings and specifications necessary for project implementation. I do not offer multiple package options, as I believe this format can be confusing for clients. Instead, I provide a comprehensive “turnkey” interior design project.
How is the design created? What is the workflow?
1. We usually start with a phone conversation. You tell me about your property and your expectations, and I explain my services and project management system.
2. If everything suits both sides, we meet at the property or at another convenient location and sign a contract.
3. Stage one (25% of the total project cost) — measurements and gathering all necessary information, with detailed clarification of your preferences.
4. Stage two (50% of the total project cost) — development of visualizations and refinement of space planning solutions.
5. Stage three (25% of the total project cost) — preparation of drawings and specifications required for implementation.
What is included in author supervision?
Project supervision includes regular site visits, consultations with contractors and builders, and adjustments to the project when necessary.
Is it mandatory to order author supervision and procurement services?
This is an additional service designed to save your time and effort. It is entirely possible to implement the interior independently based on the completed design project.
How are materials and furniture selected?
During the process, finishing materials are selected in person. I visit stores and showrooms to evaluate options directly.

I run a small studio with an individual approach to each client, so from the initial consultation to final procurement, you will work directly with me.
