Besides planning solutions and visualizations, what is included in the design project?
You will receive all drawings and specifications required for implementation.
I do not offer multiple package variations, as this format can be confusing.
Instead, I provide the most convenient and comprehensive option —
a turnkey interior design project.
How is the design process structured? What is the sequence of work?
1. First, we will most likely have a phone conversation. You will tell me about your property
and your expectations, and I will explain my services and project workflow.
2. If everything aligns, we meet on-site or at a convenient location to sign the contract.
3. Stage One (25% of the total project cost) — measurements and comprehensive information gathering,
with detailed clarification of your preferences.
4. Stage Two (50% of the total project cost) — development of visualizations
and refinement of planning solutions.
5. Stage Three (25% of the total project cost) — preparation of drawings and specifications
necessary for project implementation.
What is included in author supervision?
Project supervision includes regular site visits,
consultations with builders and contractors,
and necessary design adjustments when required.
Is it mandatory to order author supervision and procurement services?
This is an additional service designed to save your time and effort.
It is entirely possible to implement the interior independently
based on the completed design project.
How are materials and furniture selected for the design project?
During the process, I select finishing materials in person whenever possible,
visiting stores and showrooms to ensure accurate choices.
Who will personally work on my project?
I operate as a small studio with an individual approach to each client,
which means all communication — from the initial consultation to final procurement —
will be handled directly by me.
