Turnkey Interior Design Project: Planning, Concept, Visualizations and Technical Drawings

Before starting the interior design process, it is essential to define the objectives, budget, and timeline. We collect initial requirements, take precise measurements, and prepare a detailed technical brief.

We then develop planning solutions, the stylistic concept, and high-quality visualizations, followed by the preparation of full working documentation for implementation.

Below is the sequence of stages and what you receive at each step.

Technical brief and planning stage

Stage 1.

I develop a comprehensive Technical Brief album. I complete specially designed questionnaires, review inspirational references together with you, define the technical equipment of the future interior, and consider the needs of all family members, budget parameters, and functional characteristics of the space.

At this stage, I also conduct measurements and develop planning solutions. I do not limit the number of layout options — based on the specific characteristics of the property and project objectives, I create the maximum number of possible variations. Each layout includes furniture placement, circulation zones, door swing directions, and key dimensions clearly presented.

After a detailed discussion, a final approved planning solution is formed, which may combine elements from different options.

Result: A complete Technical Brief album (25–30 pages for a 100 m² apartment) and an approved planning solution.

Stage 2.

Future interior visualization. I create 3D renderings that show how each space will look. The album developed during the first stage becomes the foundation for the visualization process. On one hand, visualization represents the conceptual direction, since everything we see is still digital and open to discussion and refinement. On the other hand, I aim to work with real manufacturers and propose solutions that already consider your previously discussed preferences and implementation budget.

Result: Visualization album and a clear understanding of how the future interior will look.

Stage 3.

Drawings and specifications. At this stage, I prepare all necessary technical drawings for contractors and detailed specifications for the client. The selection of finishing materials, furniture, lighting, and equipment begins during the visualization phase, and here we finalize manufacturers, exact product references, and visit showrooms together to approve key items in person. All information is carefully organized into tables and technical documentation. Plans and elevations, electrical layouts and low-current systems, dimensions and tile layouts — everything is consolidated into a complete working drawing package.

Result: Drawings and Specifications album. You can confidently proceed to project implementation.

By working with me, you can commission a full turnkey interior design project for your apartment or house, ensuring precise realization of your individual preferences and expectations.

*The price indicated applies to a new-build apartment (40–90 m²) for a complete design project including 3D visualizations, full working documentation, and detailed selection (article number, quantity) of finishing materials, furniture, lighting and equipment. Site measurements and showroom visits are included.

Will my opinion be considered during the design process?

Yes, absolutely. I create the interior specifically for you, and it must reflect your preferences. Your opinion is fundamental. I may professionally insist on certain decisions related to ergonomics, but when it comes to aesthetics (appearance, color combinations, overall style), my role is to synthesize your wishes into a coherent and comfortable interior.

What if I don’t like the result?

The process begins with a detailed technical brief (approximately 25–30 pages for a standard apartment), including references, technical requirements and discussions. Once approved, a clear vision of the future interior is formed. During the 3D visualization stage, adjustments are made if necessary. Only after your final approval do we proceed further. Therefore, the risk of dissatisfaction is extremely low.

How do I choose an interior style? I like many different images.

You don’t need to choose a specific style. Visual information is best communicated through images, so I recommend saving 5–10 interiors that resonate with you. Style names today are fluid and often mixed. During discussions, we analyze what exactly attracts you in each reference and reflect those qualities in the design, while also considering practicality and budget.

What if it looks beautiful but is not functional?

Functionality is always the priority. The layout is developed based on ergonomics and your lifestyle. Storage systems, lighting scenarios, material durability, circulation paths — everything is carefully considered to ensure daily comfort.

I’m afraid the designer will impose their own vision.

That cannot happen in my practice. The project develops strictly according to your needs and approvals. Each stage requires your confirmation before moving forward. The goal is a result where you can confidently say: “Yes, this is exactly what I wanted.”

I have many belongings. Can you organize storage properly?

Yes. Storage planning is integrated into the layout stage. I carefully consider wardrobes, technical storage, bookshelves, luggage space and all daily-use requirements to maximize efficiency within the available area.

We don’t have the keys yet. Can we start in advance?

Yes. With the developer’s floor plan, we can complete two stages of the project (brief and visualizations). After receiving access to the property, measurements are taken and documentation adjusted accordingly. This allows you to begin renovation sooner.

Is a design project useful without author supervision?

Absolutely. While I offer full turnkey implementation, the design project itself contains all necessary documentation to execute the interior independently and systematically.

Do you recommend construction teams?

Yes. I can recommend teams with proven experience, or collaborate with contractors of your choice.

Do you provide turnkey implementation?

Yes. Author supervision and procurement services are available to ensure the project is completed to the highest standard, ready for living.

Do you work with small spaces (20–25 m² studios)?

Yes. The key is a well-formulated brief and efficient spatial planning.
